Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of engineering and general contracting experience on heavy-civil construction projects.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Strong initiative, independence, and integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage safety culture and drive risk reduction.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, and client relations.
