Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of engineering and general contracting on large, complex heavy-civil projects.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
• High initiative, independence, personal responsibility, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Be the principal company representative at the project site and oversee the project.
• Create a project plan outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
