Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Field Project Manager to oversee field service projects from contract to completion at client sites in the Richmond area. You will manage safety, budgets, and contractual requirements while coordinating with sales, operations and field leads.

The role requires strong project management, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure profitable, compliant outcomes at client facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; some roles may require Geology, Environmental Science or related field as required by customer contract.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of environmental waste regulations (RCRA, DOT, TSCA).

Responsibilities

• Actively engaged in all project management duties including contract management, quality control, project supervision, accounting, health & safety, and resource management.
• Prepare and review proposals and contracts prior to execution to ensure awareness of contents and requirements.
• Develop safety plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and site-specific procedures.
• Create and track purchase orders to monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Coordinate activities with proposal specialists, sales executives, and operations managers to meet budgets and scope.
