Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an ES Field Project Manager to lead field service projects at client sites. You will oversee scope, safety, budgeting, and contract compliance while coordinating with sales and operations teams to ensure profitable execution.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of environmental regulations. Expect a hands-on, safety‑driven environment with opportunities to influence project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; geology or environmental science may be required by contract.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively engaged in all aspects of project management including contract management, quality control, supervision, accounting, health & safety, and resource management.
• Prepare and submit proposals; review contracts and changes before execution.
• Develop scope of work, safety plans, waste characterization, shipping, and documentation for field projects.
• Create and track purchase orders; monitor budgets and profitability; invoice at project completion.
