Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; leadership and financial oversight.
• Ability to work in office and field environments within environmental quality, stormwater, and construction.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Overseeing project startup, execution, and closeout.
• Creating and maintaining budgets, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Managing purchase orders, subcontract agreements, and invoices.
• Tracking change orders, submittals, and contract updates.
• Monitoring daily job logs and project progress.
• Leading preconstruction, progress, and completion meetings.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and contract compliance.
• Conducting post-project performance analysis.
• Traveling for site visits, meetings, and field oversight.
