Job summary

Patriot Environmental is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead field teams in emergency response and environmental services in the Richmond, VA area. You will manage crews, ensure safety protocols, coordinate logistics, and drive projects from planning through completion with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires 10–15+ years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred), and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 10 - 15+ years of supervisory experience for multiple crews in Environmental, Remediation and/or Industrial Services.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies and practicing safe work.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities for planned projects and Emergency Response activities.
• Develop work plans and coordinate man­power, equipment and resources with the Dispatcher.
• Provide training and monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
