The L&R Group is seeking a Project Manager to own projects from start to finish, providing field leadership and strong project administration. The role oversees crews, coordinates equipment, budgets, and compliance while working directly with customers to identify additional opportunities.

The ideal candidate enjoys field work, hands-on problem solving, and maintaining organized financial and administrative project records, with focus on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and managing projects from planning through completion.
• Knowledge of waste handling, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication with customers and internal teams; ability to manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and schedules for each project.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain project documentation including timesheets, costs, and change orders.
• Develop customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional work.
