Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects, including electronic fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and new store setups. You will coach field teams, partner with store leadership, ensure safety and client standards, and travel regularly within the assigned market and to neighboring markets as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience leading electronic display builds and installations.
• Experience in planogram resets and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading or training field associates.
• Must reside within 30 miles of assigned stores and be willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
