Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead retail projects such as fixture installations, display builds, store remodels, and resets.

You will guide a field team, partner with store leadership, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to client standards. This role requires regular market-wide travel and potential travel to neighboring markets to support critical project timelines, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, and post-project

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds.
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects.
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs.
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
