Channel Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead and execute retail projects, including fixture installations, display builds, and store remodels. Regular travel within the market and to neighboring markets is required. You will coach field teams, partner with store leadership, and ensure work safety and client standards.

The role emphasizes leading complex installations, coordinating store resets, and driving on-time, high-quality project outcomes across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience completing and leading electronic display builds and installation projects.
• Experience in planogram reset and/or merchandising.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee retail fixture installations and complex electronic display builds
• Lead new store setups, remodels, and other large-scale retail projects
• Execute and coordinate store resets, reflows, and merchandising programs
• Partner with store management to resolve issues and ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure adherence to client specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
