Job summary

Allstar Services in North Canton, OH is seeking a Site Supervisor – Roofing to oversee roofing crews on active jobsites. This hands-on, field-based role requires leadership, safety oversight, and clear communication with homeowners.

Experience driving a truck and trailer is required; 1–2+ years in roofing or construction supervision is preferred. Typical schedule 6:00 AM–4:00 PM with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of roofing, construction, or site supervision experience preferred.
• Experience driving a truck and trailer required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lead a crew and communicate with homeowners clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on active jobsites.
• Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor installations for quality, workmanship, and safety.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a safe jobsite.
• Inspect work and address quality issues as needed.
• Overssee site cleanup and removal of debris.
• Provide project updates and communicate with homeowners.
