Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and leadership potential.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site across diverse climates.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations: interpret drawings and specifications, plan work packages, audit safety compliance, manage material deliveries, track progress, perform quality checks.
• Office Engineering: maintain project controls, develop client reports, update schedules, support design and procurement interfaces.
• Estimating: assist with quantity takeoffs and bid preparation.
