Qualifications

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using CPM scheduling.
• Supervise submittal process and drawings requirements.
• Prepare reports, specifications, and change orders as needed.
• Control costs and monitor project budgets and cash flow.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors; ensure safety standards.
