Job summary

Kokosing, a leading general contractor, is seeking a Project Engineer (Industrial) for Midwest projects. This role directs activities on civil and large-scale utility projects, ensuring goals are met on time and within budget.

You will analyze plans, manage CPM-based schedules, coordinate submittals, control costs, and prepare reports. A BS in Civil Eng or Construction Mgmt and 2+ years in the field are required. On-site responsibilities in the Midwest with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited four-year college.
• Minimum 2 years of related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand plans and specifications.
• Prepare, modify, and maintain reports, schedules, and cost data.
• Maintain project schedules and assist with cost tracking and monthly cost reporting.
• Coordinate submittal process and working drawings requirements.
• Provide contract interpretation and clarification and support change orders.
