Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Customer Site Support Technician to act as the field-based technical representative for projects from staging through turnover. You will work remotely in the Laredo, Texas region with extensive travel to customer sites and occasional international travel.

Key responsibilities include on-site support during installation and startup, field issue assessment, and collaboration with engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum two years of field service experience in mechanical or industrial equipment.
• Experience with industrial HVAC or evaporative cooling equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BAC’s onsite technical representative during staging, delivery, installation, commissioning, startup, and turnover.
• Provide onsite technical support, evaluate equipment condition, identify field issues, and assist with corrective actions.
• Perform pre-startup inspections, assist with startup readiness, and support field modifications.
• Document field observations, complete site reports, and escalate issues as needed.
• Work with diverse stakeholders and maintain safety and compliance requirements.
