Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager Assistant in Freehold, NJ. The role focuses on monitoring project progress, coordinating schedules, and maintaining project documentation to support regional operations.

You will track metrics, standardize workflows, and assist in billing activities while collaborating with field personnel and management to ensure timely reporting and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or related areas or equivalent experience.
• Business experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Track the status of field construction projects.
• Assist in project scheduling.
• Update tracking and communication tools (Smartsheet, Excel, performance metric charts).
• Monitor and facilitate programs to collect production in the field using mobile platforms.
• Validate proper work package submission for billing.
• Coordinate and review metrics for General Forepersons and Project Managers.
• Ensure customer billing submission and processing within contractual guidelines.
• Review GF productivity with Supervisors and identify improvements.
