Zusammenfassung

Asplundh Construction, LLC is seeking a Field Project Manager Assistant to monitor project progress, coordinate scheduling, and maintain project documents and reports. This role develops and monitors operational and financial metrics across the region, standardizing workflows and billing procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will track field construction status, update tools, and support billing submissions with customer projects.

Qualifikationen

• Two-year college degree in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
• Equivalent experience acceptable.
• Business experience is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Track the status of field construction projects.
• Assist in project scheduling and meetings.
• Update tracking tools (Smartsheet, Excel) and performance metrics.
• Monitor and facilitate programs to collect production in the field using mobile platforms.
• Validate proper work package submission for billing.
• Assist General Forepersons to resolve daily operational issues.
• Monitor and report on adherence to production reporting processes.
• Validate and submit reports to utility customers.
• Coordinate and review metrics for GF and PM.
• Ensure customer billing submission and processing within contractual guidelines.
• Review GF productivity with Supervisors and identify improvements.
• Train new hires on the proper billing process/submission.
• Monitor unit-based billing and summarize profitability monthly.
• Develop standard process maps for billing customers.
