Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Production Operations Multi-Skill Operator for the Eagle Ford asset in Kenedy, TX. You will monitor and improve production, perform well-site operations, and serve as a safety leader within the HSE framework.

Based in Kenedy with required relocation within 40 miles, you will operate wells, manage equipment, and use remote supervision tools to optimize performance while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Current/Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of oil and gas production practices experience.
• 1+ years of well gas lift operations experience.
• 1+ years of operating and troubleshooting rental/company owned compressors.
• 1+ years of testing wells and flowback equipment.
• Willing and able to relocate within a 40-mile radius of Kenedy, TX.

Responsibilities

• Safely starting up new wells and facilities.
• Operate gas lift wells and gas-assisted plunger lift wells.
• Inspect wells, tanks, meters, and separators for leaks and take corrective actions.
• Access remote locations to check wells and adjust controls.
• Enter daily volumes and tests into the computer database.
• Monitor and optimize production and costs within area of control.
