Job summary

ConocoPhillips in Kenedy, TX is seeking a Pipeline Operations Foreman to lead asset integrity, flow assurance, and DOT compliance across 3500+ miles of operated pipelines in the Eagle Ford. This safety-sensitive role requires relocation within 40 miles of Kenedy and offers a clear path to lead a diverse team of Pipeline Operators and Specialists.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Current/valid driver’s license
10+ years of oil and gas industry experience including gas/oil production, gathering, separation & processing, chemical processing, refining, or related experience
3+ years of experience and knowledge of valve, piping and pipeline equipment
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Reside within a 40-mile radius of Kenedy, TX
On-call outside of standard working hours
Willing to travel up to 25%

Responsibilities

Lead a diverse operations workgroup including Pipeline Operators and Specialists
Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve flow assurance
Be a safety leader and respond to emergencies
Work across groups to achieve goals
Ensure Epic work orders are executed on time
Coordinate job resources with Planning and Scheduling
Perform other duties as assigned
