Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Multi-Skill Operator for the Eagle Ford area in Kenedy, TX. This field-based role focuses on startup/shutdown of central facilities, monitoring production, and ensuring safe operations in challenging environments.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in unconventional oil and gas field work, basic gas/dehydration knowledge, and be willing to relocate within 40 miles of Kenedy. The job is full-time and requires a valid US driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in unconventional field operations.
• Basic understanding of gas compression, dehydration, and measurement.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Follows HSE, OSHA and PSM rules and procedures.
• Start up and shutdown central facilities under normal and emergency conditions.
• Troubleshoot operations problems, housekeeping, and record keeping.
• Monitor central facility performance data and control room readings.
• Gauge tanks and verify level indications.
• Maintain chemical injection rates as required.
• Coordinate with Eagle Ford Operations and 3rd party truck partners.
• Perform PSSR/commissioning for new equipment and facilities.
• Support enforcing policies and procedures.
• Operate a company-provided vehicle as needed.
