Job summary

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Production Operations Multi-Skill Operator for the Eagle Ford asset in Kenedy, TX. You will monitor and improve production from the field, performing tasks at the well site using company vehicles and adhering to HSE standards.

The role requires familiarity with oil and gas production practices, gas lift equipment, and remote supervision tools. Candidates should be able to work in varying conditions and locations daily.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct experience with oil and gas production methods and terminology.
• 1+ years of well gas lift operations experience.
• 1+ years of operating and troubleshooting rental/company owned compressors.
• Intermediate proficiency with electronic remote well supervision (Cygnet, CP).

Responsibilities

• Safely start up new wells and facilities.
• Operate gas lift wells, gas assisted plunger lift wells, and compression.
• Inspect wells, tanks, meters, separators, and piping for leaks; take corrective actions.
• Access remote locations to monitor pressures, levels, and flow; adjust controls.
• Enter daily volumes and well data into the company database; monitor data quality.
