Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Product Support professional based in Madison, Wisconsin. The role focuses on advising customers on product support needs and providing comprehensive parts, service, and product support for earth-moving equipment.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of outside sales experience and 3–5 years in sales or product support, with strong problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years outside sales experience and/or training.
• 3-5 years of sales or product support experience with earth-moving equipment preferred.
• Must demonstrate problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication (oral and written).
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office desired.

Responsibilities

• Advising and consulting customers on product support related needs.
• Provide parts, service, sales and product support to Earth-moving customers, contractors, and end users.
• Develop existing customer base and grow number of accounts for Customer Service Agreements and incremental parts and service business.
• Assist customers with value-added solutions to fleet and operational needs as a key contact.
• Work in a team environment with branch personnel and collaborate with Parts and Service Managers to win new business and resolve issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
