Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a parts counter professional to sell spare and replacement parts for equipment in our Wisconsin locations. You will assist customers and service technicians by looking up parts, providing quotes, and presenting replacement options, including remanufactured or used pieces.

The role requires 1–3 years of customer service and counter sales experience, with strong communication and basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years customer service experience required.
• 1-3 years counter sales experience is preferred.
• Active listening skills are required to correctly understand the customer's needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Responsibilities

• Sell spare and replacement parts for equipment in repair shop or parts store.
• Look up parts for customers and service technicians via phone, fax, or in person using computer systems.
• Provide quotes to customers and communicate parts availability and shipping options.
• Advise customers on replacement or modification of parts when identical parts are unavailable.
• Maintain knowledge of parts information systems (DBS, SIS, WMS) and facilitate warehouse support as needed.
