Job summary

Fabick Cat Rentals is seeking a Rental Consultant in Wisconsin to create a welcoming, professional rental experience from inquiry to contract completion. You will listen to customers, ask insightful questions, and connect them with the right equipment solution.

You will coordinate with teams to ensure equipment availability, assist in quotes and contracts, and stay informed about Fabick Cat Rentals product capabilities. Passion for service and learning our equipment is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of customer-facing experience in service, hospitality, retail, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, professional experience for every customer in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand the customer, the job to be done, timing, and equipment needs.
• Take ownership of customer requests and follow through until resolved or next steps are established.
• Recommend appropriate rental equipment based on customer needs and involve branch resources when additional expertise is needed.
• Prepare quotes and rental contracts and ensure documentation and insurance coverage are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with operations, service, sales, and other teams to support equipment availability, delivery, pickup, and commitments.
• Respond to customer concerns with urgency, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset while keeping the customer informed.
• Support in-store sales, equipment inventory activities, and parts ordering for rental equipment as needed.
• Build working knowledge of Fabick Cat Rentals equipment and stay current on changes, capabilities, and applications.
• Represent Fabick Cat Rentals with professionalism, accountability, and a genuine commitment to serving customers well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
