Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical support, product training, or field service in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage and collaborate with third-party service providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Support, and Regional Supervisors.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, and regional events.
• Support product launches with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third-party service partners and ensure adherence to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable field insights to improve training content and product updates.
