Qualifications

• Travel up to 50% depending on region and event activity.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with Sales, Warranty, and Training leadership.
• Facilitate product trainings and live demonstrations at customer locations and events.
• Support product launches with field validation and warranty readiness.
• Build relationships with third-party service partners and ensure adherence to standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support and Training.
