Pentair plc is seeking a Field Product Advisor to join our Fort Myers, FL team. You will deliver expert-level technical support and training, both on-site and virtually, collaborating with Sales, Warranty, Regional Support Partners, and Training Leadership.

In this role you will build strong customer relationships, support product launches, and share field insights to improve training content and product updates. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, product training, or field service.
• Experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product demonstrations and training at customer sites and events.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warranty, and Engineering for field feedback.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers.
