Pentair plc is seeking a Field Product Advisor to support the Dallas/Fort Worth region, delivering expert technical guidance and training both on-site and virtually. You will collaborate with Sales, Warranty, and Training teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and best practices in installation and service.

The role emphasizes field validation, warranty readiness, and partner coordination, with travel up to 20% and preference for a background in pool equipment, HVAC, plumbing, or similar

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, product training, or field service in manufacturing, mechanical, or industrial settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and collaborate with third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and virtual technical support in partnership with Sales, Warranty, Support, and Regional Technical Supervisors.
• Facilitate product training and live demonstrations at customer locations, distributor branches, regional training events, and trade shows.
• Support product launches by assisting with field validation, warranty readiness, and feedback loops to Product and Engineering teams.
• Build and manage relationships with third party service partners and ensure adherence to Pentair standards.
• Act as a field liaison between Sales, Product Management, Customer Support, and Training & Education.
• Gather and share actionable field insights to improve training content, warranty analysis, and product updates.
