Qualifikationen

• Requires bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5–8 years of relevant experience; or 9–12 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes including bidder prequalification, bid solicitation, bid evaluation, and purchase order formation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Prepares bidder lists and prequalifies bidders.
• Coordinates with Engineering to support material requisitions and define procurement requirements.
• Prepares bid packages, issues bid requests, and receives bids.
• Prepares commercial bid summaries and award recommendations.
• Communicates with suppliers to ensure purchase order terms and conditions are met.
• Explains purchase order changes and obtains agreement from relevant parties.
• Processes purchase order revisions and documents cost and schedule impacts.
