Job summary

V3Gate seeks a Printer Technician to provide on-site installation, configuration, maintenance, repair, and decommissioning of HP printers, copiers, and peripherals. You will handle routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure devices function optimally while coordinating with customers and management.

Ideal candidates have hands-on HP repair experience, strong networking and OS knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple service calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HP printer repair, maintenance, and configuration.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
• In-depth knowledge of Netware, Wireless, USB, and Windows OS environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems or similar devices used to manage / service printers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain HP printers, copiers, fax machines, and peripherals on the network.
• Diagnose and repair printer malfunctions including hardware, firmware, and network issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage onsite parts inventory and budgets.
• Interact with customers to ensure issues are resolved and provide updates on status.
