Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise safe execution of pipe testing, flushing, wastewater handling, reinstatement, and turnover activities.
• Plan and coordinate hydrostatic and pneumatic testing by system, boundary, and schedule.
• Verify test packages, permits, isolation boundaries, pressure limits, gauges, barricades, and communication protocols before testing.
• Coordinate pipe flushing, cleaning, post-test preservation, debris prevention, and turnover readiness.
• Manage wastewater decontamination, containment, retention, sampling coordination, disposal planning, and environmental controls.
