Tallgrass is seeking a field operative to install, operate, and maintain gas/liquid pipelines and related facilities in Nebraska. The role requires performing patrols, inspections, and damage prevention activities while coordinating with landowners and emergency services where needed.

The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. Training for Operator Qualifications will be provided to the selected candidate.

Qualifications

• Willingness to achieve and maintain Operator Qualifications (OQ) and progression requirements; includes various maintenance, testing and inspection tasks.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and insurers (travel).

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain pipelines, compressors and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair engines, turbines, pumps, valves and instruments.
• Locate and mark facilities per Damage Prevention Program and One-Call procedures.
• Oversee and train company and third-party personnel as required.
• Inspect third-party construction and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
