Orkin is seeking a motivated Sales Inspector to protect homes and families with Orkin's trusted termite protection services. You will perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, identify pest risks, and propose tailored protection plans.

The role blends fieldwork with consultative sales to build lasting customer relationships. Top earning potential includes base pay plus commissions, with company vehicle and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required; training and licensing costs covered by us.
• Must be able to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer’s needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
