Job summary

Orkin is seeking a results-driven Sales Inspector to join our nationwide team. You will meet homeowners, perform 360 interior and exterior inspections from attics to crawlspaces, identify termite activity, pest concerns, and design protection plans tailored to each home.

You will educate customers on findings, build trust through consultations, and pursue leads to grow a lucrative career with Orkin’s award-winning training and a strong support system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required. We cover the cost of training and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals.
