Orkin Sales Inspector is a field-based role where you will meet homeowners, perform 360 inspections from attic to crawlspace, identify termite activity and pest concerns, and propose tailored protection plans to protect homes and families.

You will build trust through expert consultations, backed by Orkin’s 120+ years of expertise, with paid training, a company vehicle, and a competitive compensation package including base pay plus commissions, plus benefits like medical, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling services or solutions to homeowners.
• Strong communication and listening skills for needs-based selling.
• Ability to build trust and close deals in field-based roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns and advise on mitigation.
• Educate customers on findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and excellent customer service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation.
