Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform comprehensive home inspections and provide tailored pest protection plans. You will explain findings, recommend solutions, and build lasting relationships with homeowners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification where required; training/licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior home inspections
• Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk
• Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions
• Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs
• Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service
• Follow up on company-provided leads and generate referral opportunities
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline to achieve personal income and performance goals
