Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Sales Inspector to deliver expert termite protection with a persuasive, service‑oriented approach. You will perform thorough home inspections, identify issues, and present practical, customer‑focused solutions.

Training is provided, and the role includes a company vehicle, solid benefits, and opportunities for growth. With no experience required, you’ll join a mission‑driven team and build trusted relationships while helping families protect their homes and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver by using training to recommend the best pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads, with a robust advertising budget for leads.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes, explaining how Orkin’s products provide peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of customers’ homes and explain findings and next steps.
