Job summary

Terminix is seeking a personable Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our nationwide brand in your local community, protecting homes and families while building trust and exceeding sales targets.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years in pest control or sales. Expect extensive travel within your territory, daily CRM usage, and collaboration with service teams to win

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to grow revenue and offer enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
