Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management solutions to residential customers in the local community.

You will assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and represent our national brand with professionalism. The role involves inspecting homes, presenting proposals, coordinating with service teams, and following up to close sales. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with territory travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong sales and customer service skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience in pest control or sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services and products to residential customers.
• Visually inspect homes and assess pest-related issues to determine solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Maintain sales activities in the CRM and achieve daily/weekly targets.
