Job summary

Terminix is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell residential pest management services. You will inspect homes, assess pest issues, and propose effective control solutions while collaborating with service teams.

This role requires up to 100% travel within the territory and strong customer-facing skills. Safe operation of a company vehicle is included, with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma as baseline requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest harborage and entries.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to generate opportunities.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose enhancements to household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expertise to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
