Job summary

Ecolab is seeking motivated individuals to join as Pest Control Technicians in a dual-function pest control and fumigation role. A 7-week paid training program, with assistance to obtain necessary licenses, starts your career in this field.

Travel to Saint Paul, MN will be required for one of the weeks, with remaining training in-field. The role offers Day 1 comprehensive benefits and potential for advancement within the Pest Division.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of work or military experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to travel overnight.
• Ability to obtain TWIC and CDL Hazmat.
• Ability to obtain pest certification, fumigation licensing, and related licenses.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve pest problems for hospitality and commercial clients.
• Stay informed about Ecolab products and industry conditions to upsell pest prevention/elimination solutions.
• Use handheld devices to document service and gas monitoring readings during fumigations.
• Assist with fumigation process including sealing, tarping and aerating facilities.
• Follow labels and SDS for hazardous chemicals and wear PPE per safety protocols.
