Job summary

Terminix is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers in the Laguna Hills area. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and work with service teams to close sales, while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license needed to operate company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share findings for clarity.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality delivery.
• Record daily activities and sales in the company CRM.
