Job summary

Terminix Escondido, CA is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will assess client needs, conduct home inspections for pests, and develop proposals to address issues while promoting ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and sales skills. Travel up to 100% within the territory is expected; compensation ranges from $17 to $22 per hour, with benefits starting

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals and complete home diagrams using Sales CRM.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales.
• Provide knowledge to new service installations and ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
