Job summary

Terminix in Escondido, CA seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers while delivering service excellence. You will assess customer needs, propose solutions, and work with branches to maximize revenue.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid California driver’s license, strong communication and sales skills, and willingness to travel within territory. Company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess pest issues.
• Sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals and follow up on previous proposals to close sales.
• Maintain Sales CRM records and provide expert knowledge for installations.
