Growald Climate Fund is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead core HR operations, payroll, benefits, and staff experience in a hybrid Boston area role. You will partner with Finance and Legal, support onboarding/offboarding, and help shape compliant HR policies while maintaining confidentiality and trust.

The role emphasizes relational HR practices, daily operational execution, and collaboration across the Operations team to deliver thoughtful people programs and a positive staff

Qualifications

• Experience managing core HR operations, including payroll and benefits.
• Understanding of employment compliance and policy application.
• Highly organized with ability to handle confidential information.
• Clear communication with staff, managers and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, leave tracking, staff records and compliance.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal and external vendors on HR processes.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, performance processes and HR docs.
• Assist with handbook reviews and policy updates for compliance.
• Research and revise policies based on organizational needs.
