Job summary

A global technology services provider located in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to assist clients with technical issues on desktops and laptops. Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls assigned within the service level agreement.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls.
