Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking a Field Payroll Manager in San Jose to oversee the accurate, timely payment of wages for field crafts across multi-state projects.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, local laws and union contracts, and partner with Project Managers to align staffing and cost coding. Lead a team of Field Payroll Specialists, integrate timekeeping with Workday, conduct audits, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll for multi-state field operations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, local taxes and labor laws.
• Proven ability to lead payroll teams and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Field Payroll Specialists.
• Oversee end-to-end multi-state field payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and union contracts.
• Collaborate with PMs and HR on staffing, coding, and inquiries.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and audits.
