Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. seeks a Field Payroll Supervisor to lead a payroll team across multi-state and union environments. You will audit timekeeping, ensure compliance with laws, and resolve payroll issues while coordinating with HR on leave and transfers.

Qualifications

• Payroll multi-state tax knowledge required.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Fusion Oracle and Workday experience preferred.
• Union experience within construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage payroll team for multi-state/union payrolls.
• Audit timekeeping, payroll, and benefit setups; ensure compliance.
• Resolve payroll issues and respond to employee questions about paychecks/W-2s.
• Collaborate with HR on leave and transfers; monitor workflow and allocating tasks.
