Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to support REMS certification, site access readiness, and reimbursement education across REMS, HUB, and specialty pharmacy networks. You will collaborate with field teams to enable patient access and ensure compliant case management.

Based in Minneapolis or nearby, you will travel as needed and help optimize the patient journey from referral to treatment initiation while maintaining non-promotional role boundaries.

Qualifications

• Experience in field reimbursement, patient access, and case management (3+ years).
• Experience navigating healthcare ecosystems and collaboration with field teams.

Responsibilities

• Support REMS certification and enrolment activities.
• Enable site access readiness and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Provide education on coverage, coding, payment, and appeals.
• Educate on case management processes including authorization and affordability programs.
• Identify and troubleshoot access barriers across HUB, REMS, and specialty pharmacy.
• Coordinate patient treatment logistics and scheduling across networks.
• Maintain compliant CRM documentation and cross-functional handoffs.
• Develop and execute account-level business plans within geography.
