Job summary

Cowin Equipment Company seeks a proactive Parts and Service Sales Associate to manage customer jobsite parts orders, promote Cowin products, and coordinate with the Parts Department. The role requires strong selling and interpersonal skills, computer use, and forklift/overhead crane operation, with travel to customer sites in Central and North Georgia as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong selling skills and interpersonal communications are essential.
• Ability to operate a computer and drive a vehicle.
• Experience with parts ordering and inventory practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote CEC products and services to customers.
• Manage all parts ordering at customer jobsites and expedite backorders.
• Assist customers in identifying parts needs and ensuring correct parts are obtained.
• Maintain relations and grow market share in Central and North Georgia.
• Complete call reports and track competitive positions.
• Coordinate with Product Support to develop maintenance programs.
